DIFFERENT FOODS OF HIMACHAL PARDESH
The geohraphical and climate condition of this state have a strong effect on himachal's food. Rice, paddy and mazie consititute the staple diet of the people here .
But, the non-vegetarian food, with liberal usage of spices like: cardomom, cinnamon, cloves and redchillies are integral part of the himachal pardesh. In this, all kinds of meat , lentil and cereal preparation are generally cooked as well as they are very fond of drinking.These dishies are also cooked on special occasions also.
