Nutrients in Indian Food
Indian food is not just delecious and full of taste,it also contains lots of nutrients.i have seen my gradmother prepairing supper for my family many times and most of the ingredients she used are very good for our health for example most of the dishes contains turmeric and it helps in healing our injuries.The other most important ingredient is garlic which is a great remedy for high blood pressure.Even though i am from gujrat but i prefer to eat food from different states of India as well.Punjabi food is the most famous food in india just because of the spices they use in it.I agree with all above post about himachally and marathi food coz i've tried them before and they are delicious as well as healthy but i experienced that Punjbai food is bit spicy then other indian food.
